Returns & Exchange Policy

We aim to make your return or exchange process as simple as possible.

At Cherry Red we accept returns within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

You may choose to:

  • Receive a refund via the same method of payment you used to purchase the product. Or;
  • Exchange the product for another item on our website. We will then post your new selected item to you free of charge. Or;
  • Receive an ‘on-line store credit’ to use at a later date. Store credits are available for six (6) months.

Sale items can be returned for a credit note that is valid for six months. Refunds are not available on sale items.

We recommend that on receiving your Cherry Red purchase you make time to try it on as soon as possible. Please ensure you try shoes on a carpeted surface prior to wear to ensure no damage occurs to the soles. Shoes showing signs of wear on the sole, or with a missing or damaged box, will not be accepted for return.

How to do a Return or Exchange?

PRIOR TO RETURNING an item customers must email or call us (E. customerservice@cherryred.com.au and T. (02) 6372 7997) to receive an allocate RA (Return Athuorisation) number. You will then receive, via email, a RA form. Simply complete all of the details on this form and send it via Registered Post with your item to:

How quickly do I need to return my item to be eligible for a refund or exchange?

Your item must be dispatched from your address to Cherry Red within 7 days of receiving your merchandise.

Who pays for the Return?
Costs incurred for returns are the customers responsibility however if you choose to exchange the item it will be sent to you ‘Free of Charge’.

How do I return a faulty product?

Items that are considered faulty are those that are received in a damaged condition.  Wear and tear to a product is not a sign that the item is faulty.

Upon receiving your return we will assess your merchandise and contact you with regards to a refund or replacement. Faulty products can only be exchanged for the same product in the same size.  Where possible, faulty goods will be repaired before they are replaced.
