If you don’t fall in love with your purchase, don’t worry, Cherry Red aims to make your return or exchange process as simple as possible.
We only accept returns on unworn/ un-used items within 7 days of receiving your purchase. We wont accept any returns if they don’t meet our policy, in which the product will be then be sent back to the customer who made the purchase.
If you are wanting to return an item, please contact our friendly staff via email (email@example.com) or phone our store on 0448 325 282. We can thereupon help you with your return process and then you can post away your returning item/s.
Please note, Cherry Red doesn’t accept returns on Sale items.
All items must be returned with tags attached and the reciept must be enclosed in the package. Every garment shipped has a tag attached reading “Once this tag is removed, this garment cannot be returned”. Once this tag has been removed, this garment is no longer returnable. Please note, any items bought on sale are non-refundable.
Refunds are always processed on the same card as the original order. We will then contact you to let you know your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to return back to your account.
