Customers must contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving their purchase, garments must be unworn/ unused & all items must be returned with tags attached.
Please note, sale items won’t be accepted back by Cherry Red.

Shipping policy
Cherry Red offers free shipping on orders over $150 & our boutique ships to Australia & New Zealand via Australia Post postage service. We offer both standard & express shipping to our customers at the checkout!
Our local customers have the option to pick up their order in-store or the choice of a complimentary same-day delivery service, to their doorstep.
Once orders are placed online, we process & ship each order daily. Orders placed before 3pm ensure a same-day dispatch!
